On August 12, Wang Xingyu, President of the business school, Li Zhiqiang, vice president, and Zhou Wenkai, director of the administrative office, went to Guanghua School of management of Peking University for a visit and conducted research on discipline construction and scientific research. Professor Zhang Zhixue of Guanghua School of management of Peking University warmly received president Wang and his party and had a discussion.

This research is centered on the two major themes of "discipline construction" and "scientific research". The two sides conducted in-depth discussions from the aspects of discipline construction and research team construction, and discussed and exchanged views on specialty setting, construction of teaching staff, structure of teachers' professional titles, status quo of scientific research team, current status of scientific research achievements, teachers' awareness of scientific research, future development goals and measures, and difficulties in discipline construction. It is concluded that higher business education, as a superstructure, must take the initiative to seek change and do a good job in the transformation of the development strategy of the college to "building the college by quality, strengthening the college by disciplines, and invigorating the college with talents".

Through this survey, our college has a deeper understanding of the scientific research and education practice of Guanghua Management College, which is of great significance to the business school to promote the reform of discipline construction, innovate the scientific research mode, and improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way.
